ROESINGaPE HAS EUROPEAN DEBUT IN FRANKFURT GERMANY

RoesingApe is from Kentucky USA. He holds degrees in theatre and french
from Northern Kentucky University, and is currently pursuing a masters
in arts administration and an MBA through the University of
Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music. As a musician, poet,
videographer, playwright, novelist and actor he has appeared at such
venues as the Contemporary Arts Center (CINCINNATI OH), the Southgate
House (NEWPORT, KENTUCKY), the Mockbee Gallery (CINCINNATI OH), the
University of Chicago, the North Six in Brooklyn (NEW YORK, NEW YORK),
The 2004 International Noise Conference (MIAMI, FLORIDA) the Cincinnati
Playhouse in the Park and many others. RoesingApe is also executive
director of Cincinnati's non-profit for Noise, Art Damage, Inc.,
(www.art6damage.org) which promotes and organizes local events and
experimental touring acts from around the world. In his touring pieces,
roesingApe improvises electronic samples, feedback and random MP3 loops
to stupid trippy video clips and miscellaneous hardware. RoesingApe
currently has 2 LP cds and a 6 cd box set available from
www.dronedisco.com, a novel from chapultepec press
(www.tokyoroserecords.com) and an upcoming LP cd from tokyorose
records.
